The apartment is located very very close to the sand beach, within a 2-minutes-walk. You reach a very well-stocked supermarket within a 5-minutes-walk. In the direct environment you´ll fine: pharmacy, bars, restaurants, a children's playground and a football and basketball ground.
"EL MASNOU" is a city just outside Barcelona and therefore very quiet. Stroll along the beach and in the marina, which is just a few minutes' walk away.
"EL MASNOU" is only 16 km from the "Plaza de Glorias" and only 18 km from the Cathedral "La Sagrada Familia". Take the local train to the center of Barcelona. The "OCATA" train station is within a 8-minutes-walk.

Breakfast in the open under Spanish sun. Near to the sea and sand beach. Bath in the sun on the terrace or the sand beach. Or take a ride to the picturesque and close-by city of Barcelona. After an eventful day, a sunny and air-conditioned apartment awaits you. Train every 10 minutes. Needs 28 minutes to reach the Center of Barcelona (Plaza Catalunya/La Rambla). If you buy a 10-ways-ticket, it costs not even 1 € to reach Barcelona.
