🌍 Topography
Montgat is a former fishing village located directly by the sea on the northern edge of Barcelona.
In the immediate surroundings you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing holiday: small shops, bars and restaurants, bakery, grocery store and supermarket, hairdresser, children’s playground, fishmonger, plus tennis and padel courts – all within a few minutes’ walk.
The gently sloping sandy beaches are just a short walk away and are perfect for seaside walks or relaxed hours in the Mediterranean sun.

Start your day with a café con leche and fresh tropical fruit under the Spanish sun, enjoying the blue Mediterranean Sea, before you walk down to the beach to soak up the sun or take the train into Barcelona, the capital of Catalonia. The city centre can be reached in only about 22 minutes.
After an eventful day, a friendly, air-conditioned apartment is waiting for you. Relax on the balcony or on the comfortable sofa bed before heading out to experience Barcelona’s famous nightlife.
MONTGAT is a small town right on the border with Barcelona and offers a calm and pleasant atmosphere. Stroll along the seafront promenade or through the nearby park and enjoy the relaxed coastal vibe.
MONTGAT is only about 10 km from “Plaça de les Glòries” and about 12 km from the famous Sagrada Família.
Arriving by car? Several public parking spaces are available free of charge near the apartment building.

From Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN): take the train to Montgat Nord station; from there it’s about 6–10 minutes on foot to the apartment.

From Girona Airport (GRO): shuttle bus to Barcelona (Estació del Nord / Arc de Triomf), then train to Montgat Nord.

To Barcelona city centre: from Montgat Nord you can reach central Barcelona in about 22 minutes by train (e.g. Plaça Catalunya).

By car: several public, free parking spaces are available close to the apartment building.

💳 Payment conditions

Deposit: 20% of the total rent within 3 days after reservation (bank transfer or PayPal).

Balance: payable on the day of arrival when the keys are handed over – in cash or by credit card.

Refundable security deposit: 200 € in cash on arrival; this amount will be refunded in cash on departure after a brief inspection of the apartment and return of the keys.
