Catalina Port & Beach Apartment is located right by the marina of El Masnou, only a short walk from the sandy beach and the train station.
Around the harbour you’ll find many restaurants, tapas bars and cafés – perfect for relaxed evenings by the sea.
In the immediate neighbourhood you will find:

sandy beach (about 3 minutes’ walk)

El Masnou train station

small local shops and a supermarket
-
coastal paths and a promenade along the marina
In the surrounding streets there are public, partly free parking spaces, which makes arriving by car easy.

The Catalina Port & Beach Apartment is a bright, modern and comfortably furnished apartment with 3 bedrooms.
From the living area and several bedrooms you can enjoy a lovely view of the harbour and the surrounding area.

🚆 Arrival & transport connections
From Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN)
From the airport you can take public transport to the centre of Barcelona (for example El Clot-Aragó or Passeig de Gràcia) and change there to the coastal train line towards El Masnou / Mataró.
Get off at El Masnou station; from there it’s just a short walk down to the marina and the apartment.
From Girona Airport (GRO)
From Girona Airport a shuttle bus runs to Barcelona (for example Estació del Nord / Arc de Triomf).
From there you continue by train along the coast to El Masnou.
To Barcelona city centre
From El Masnou there are regular trains to Barcelona. Depending on the connection, you reach for example Plaça Catalunya in about 25–30 minutes – perfect for sightseeing, shopping and culture.
Arrival by car
El Masnou is easy to reach via the coastal motorway C-32 or the main road N-II. Follow the signs to El Masnou / Port Esportiu.
There are several public parking options around the harbour.

💳 Payment terms

Deposit: 20% of the rental price within 3 days after reservation (bank transfer or PayPal).

Balance: on the day of arrival when the keys are handed over – in cash or by credit card.

Refundable security deposit: €200 in cash on arrival; this amount is refunded on departure after a short inspection of the apartment and return of the keys.
