The apartment is located on the seafront in the first sand beach line, separated only from the street in front of the house. Within a 5-minutes- walk you reach a very well-stocked supermarket. In the direct environment you´ll find: pharmacy, bars, restaurants, a children's playground and a football- and basketball ground.
"EL MASNOU" is a city just outside Barcelona and therefore very quiet. Stroll along the beach and in the marina, which is just a few minutes walk.
"EL MASNOU" is only 16 km from the "Plaza de Glorias" and only 18 km from the Cathedral "La Sagrada Familia". Take the S-Bahn to the center within 30 minutes. The OCATA train station is located within a 8-minutes- walk.

In just a 3-minute walk you will find the S-Bahn station "EL MASNOU". Every 15 minutes a suburban train will take you to the center of Barcelona. If you buy a 10-card, the one-way ticket costs just under EUR 1. The S-Bahn reaches the center after 25 minutes (PLAZA CATALUNYA / LA RAMBLA).
