The Marilu Seaview & Beach Apartment is located in first sea line in El Masnou – only the street in front of the building separates the apartment from the long sandy beach and the seafront promenade.
Within a few minutes’ walk you will find:

Smoking is only permitted on the rooftop terrace or outdoor areas, not inside the apartment.

Please respect the neighbours’ quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 – loud music and parties in the outdoor areas are not allowed during this time.

🚆 Arrival & transport connections
From Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN)

Take the train or bus to Barcelona city centre (for example Sants, Passeig de Gràcia or El Clot-Aragó).

From there, take the coastal train line R1 towards Maresme / Mataró to Ocata station.

From Ocata it is only about 8 minutes on foot to the Marilu Seaview & Beach Apartment.
From Girona Airport (GRO)

Shuttle bus to Barcelona Estació del Nord / Arc de Triomf.

Then take the R1 coastal train towards Mataró / Maresme to Ocata.

From the station you can comfortably walk to the apartment in a few minutes.
By train to Barcelona

From Ocata there are regular trains directly to the centre of Barcelona.

Depending on the connection, you can reach, for example, Plaça Catalunya or La Rambla in about 25–30 minutes – perfect for sightseeing, shopping and culture.
Arrival by car

Easy access via the coastal motorway C-32 or the coastal road N-II.

Follow the signs to “El Masnou / Port Esportiu”.

There are several public parking options around the apartment and near the marina.

💳 Payment conditions

Deposit: 20% of the rental price within 3 days of reservation
(bank transfer or PayPal). -
Balance: on the day of arrival when the keys are handed over – in cash or by credit card.

Refundable security deposit: €200 in cash on arrival;
this amount will be refunded on departure after a brief inspection of the apartment
and return of the keys.
