MONTGAT, a former fishing village is a town at the entrance of Barcelona. In your direct neighbourhood you´ll find all the amenities you´ll need for a perfect vacation: several shops, bars, restaurants, bakery, grocery, supermarket, hairdresser shop, children's playground, fish monger´s. Tennis and paddle courts within a few minutes walk.

Have breakfast by "Café con leche" and tropical fruits under the Spanish sun, before soaking up the sun on the beach or take a trip to Barcelona, the capital of Catalonia. By train you arrive at the centre within 22 minutes.
After an eventful day you can expect a friendly and air-conditioned apartment. Relax on the terace or the comfortable sofa before you plunge into the famous nightlife of Barcelona.

- 20% of the rent within 3 days after the reservation. We accept payment by PayPal or bank transfer.

- Refundable damage deposit: please leave 200 € in cash money as damage deposit in the moment you arrive at the property. This amount will be refunded also in cash money in the moment of the „check-out“, giving us back the keys.
