🌍 Location & surroundings
Montgat is a former fishing village directly on the Mediterranean Sea, just a few kilometres north of Barcelona.
In the immediate neighbourhood of the apartment you’ll find everything you need for a relaxed holiday:
small shops, bakery, supermarket, restaurants, cafés, bars, hairdresser, children’s playground and sports facilities such as tennis and padel courts – all within easy walking distance.
The sandy beaches are only a short walk away. You can stroll along the shore, swim in the sea or simply relax and enjoy the sun and the sound of the waves.

Start your holiday morning on the terrace with a café con leche and fresh fruit, feel the Spanish sun on your skin and decide how to spend the day – at the beach, in Barcelona, or both.
After a day full of impressions you return to a friendly, air-conditioned apartment. In the bright living area you can relax together, enjoy a glass of wine or end the evening on the terrace while the Mediterranean breeze drifts in from the sea.
The Oasis Beach & City Apartment offers plenty of space and is perfect for families or friends who want to combine beach time with city life in Barcelona.

Smoking is only allowed on the terrace (please keep the doors to the apartment closed).

Please respect the neighbours and keep noise down between 22:00 and 08:00 – no loud music or noisy outdoor parties during these hours.

Maximum occupancy according to house rules: 4 guests.

From Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN)
Take the train to Montgat Nord station; from there it’s about a 6–10 minute walk to the apartment. -
From Girona Airport (GRO)
Shuttle bus to Barcelona (Estació del Nord / Arc de Triomf), then train to Montgat Nord. -
To Barcelona city centre
From Montgat Nord you reach Barcelona (e.g. Plaça Catalunya) in about 22 minutes by train. -
Arriving by car
There are several public parking spaces in the streets around the building – very convenient if you come with your own car.

💳 Payment terms

Deposit: 20% of the rental price within 3 days of making the reservation (bank transfer or PayPal).

Balance: on the day of arrival when you receive the keys – payable in cash or by credit card.

Refundable security deposit: 200 € in cash on arrival; this amount is refunded in cash on departure after a brief inspection of the apartment and return of the keys.
