Villa Carolina offers approx. 240 m² of living space and is suitable for up to 13 guests.
In the house you will find:
• a cosy living room with sofa, SAT-TV and access to the terrace
• several bedrooms on different levels
• a total of three bathrooms with bathtub/shower, WC and bidet
• two fully equipped kitchens – perfect when you are travelling as a larger group or cooking together
• a separate party room with billiard table and table-tennis table
Outside there is an enclosed courtyard with several parking spaces for up to 5 vehicles, so you can park your car conveniently and safely on the property.

Location
Mataró is the capital of the Maresme region, north of Barcelona, with long sandy beaches, a charming historic centre and excellent connections to Barcelona City.
By car

From Barcelona you reach Mataró via the C-32 motorway or the coastal road N-II in about 25–30 minutes.

From Girona / France you follow the AP-7 / C-32 towards Barcelona/Mataró.
The exact address and detailed directions will be sent to you with your booking confirmation. Villa Carolina is situated in a quiet residential area on the hills above the town.
By public transport

Frequent trains on line R1 connect Mataró with Barcelona (e.g. from Plaça Catalunya, Arc de Triomf or Barcelona-Sants).

From Mataró train station you can reach the villa easily by taxi or rental car.
This makes it very easy to combine beach holidays with city trips to Barcelona.
We recommend to come by car.
Public transports are within a 4 kilometers distance.

Payment terms

Deposit: 20% of the total rent within 3 days after reservation
(by bank transfer or PayPal). -
Balance: 80% on the day of arrival – in cash or by credit card when we hand over the keys.

Refundable security deposit: 250 € in cash on arrival.
This amount will be refunded to you in cash at check-out once we have briefly checked the house together and you return the keys.
