Montgat is a former fishing village directly by the sea, just north of Barcelona.
In the surrounding area you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing holiday:
small shops, bars and restaurants, a bakery, grocery shop and supermarket, hairdresser, children’s playground, fishmonger as well as tennis and padel courts – all within a short walking distance of the apartment.
The wide, gently sloping sandy beaches are only a few minutes away on foot and are perfect for walks along the water, swimming or simply enjoying the Mediterranean sun in a quiet setting.

Start your holiday morning with a café con leche and some fresh fruit on one of the terraces, while you enjoy the view of the blue Mediterranean Sea. Afterwards you can spend the day on the beach or take the train into Barcelona for sightseeing, shopping and culture.
After an eventful day, a friendly, air-conditioned maisonette apartment on two levels is waiting for you. Relax outside on one of the terraces, or stretch out on the comfortable sofa before heading, if you wish, into Barcelona’s famous nightlife.
Montgat is a quiet residential area right on the border of Barcelona – a peaceful place to come home to after a busy day in the city. The seaside promenade and the nearby park are perfect for relaxed walks at any time of day.

🚆 Transport & getting there

From Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN):
Take the train to Montgat Nord station. From there it’s about 6–10 minutes on foot to the apartment. -
From Girona Airport (GRO):
Shuttle bus to Barcelona (Estació del Nord / Arc de Triomf) and then train to Montgat Nord. -
To Barcelona city centre:
From Montgat Nord you can reach the city centre (e.g. Plaça Catalunya) in around 22 minutes by train. -
Arriving by car:
There are several public, free parking spaces close to the building, so arriving by car is very easy as well.

💳 Payment conditions

Deposit to confirm booking: 20% of the total rental price within 3 days of reservation (bank transfer or PayPal).

Remaining balance: on the day of arrival when you receive the keys – payable in cash or by credit card.

Refundable security deposit: 200 € in cash on arrival; this amount is refunded in cash on departure after a brief inspection of the apartment and return of the keys.
