Montgat is a former fishing village right on the Mediterranean Sea, just north of Barcelona.
In the immediate neighbourhood you will find everything you need for a relaxed holiday:
small shops, bars and restaurants, a bakery, grocery shop, supermarket, hairdresser, children’s playground, fishmonger as well as tennis and padel courts – all within a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.
The wide sandy beaches with gently sloping shoreline are just a short walk away and are perfect for beach walks, swimming or simply soaking up the Mediterranean sun in a quiet atmosphere.

From Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN):
Take the train to Montgat Nord station; from there it is about a 6–10 minute walk to the apartment. -
From Girona Airport (GRO):
Take the airport shuttle bus to Barcelona (Estació del Nord / Arc de Triomf) and then the train to Montgat Nord. -
To Barcelona city centre:
From Montgat Nord you can reach the city centre of Barcelona (e.g. Plaça Catalunya) in around 22 minutes by train. -
Arriving by car:
There are several public, free parking spaces close to the building, so arriving with your own car is very convenient.

Smoking is only allowed on the terrace (please keep the doors to the apartment closed).

Please respect the neighbours’ quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 – no loud music or noisy parties outside during this time.

💳 Payment conditions

Deposit (reservation payment): 20% of the total rental price within 3 days after booking (bank transfer or PayPal).

Balance: on the day of arrival, when the keys are handed over – payable in cash or by credit card.

Refundable security deposit: 200 € in cash on arrival; this amount is refunded in cash on departure after a short inspection of the apartment and return of the keys.
