Payment modalities:
- First payment 20% of the rent within 3 days after the reservation. We accept payment by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
- Payment of the pending difference the day of arrival in cash money or credit card or one week before arrival by bank transfer.
- Refundable damage deposit: please leave 200 € in cash money as damage deposit in the moment you arrive at the property. This amount will be refunded also in cash money in the moment of the „check-out“, giving us back the keys.
