From Barcelona you reach Mataró in about 30–35 minutes via the C-32 motorway or the coastal road.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area above the town.

There is a garage / parking space available on the property.
By train

From Barcelona (e.g. Plaça Catalunya, Arc de Triomf or Sants), coastal trains run regularly to Mataró.

The journey takes around 35–40 minutes along the sea.

From Mataró train station it’s only a short taxi ride up to the villa.
From Barcelona Airport (El Prat)

You can take train/metro/Aerobus into the city centre and change to the coastal train to Mataró.

Alternatively, you can drive directly to the villa with a rental car or taxi.
On request, you will receive a detailed route description with a Google Maps link before arrival so you can find the villa easily and relax.

💳 Payment terms

Deposit:
20% of the rental price within 3 days after booking.
We accept PayPal or bank transfer. -
Balance payment:
The remaining 80% is paid on the day of arrival, either in cash or by credit card. -
Refundable security deposit:
On arrival, we kindly ask you to leave a security deposit of €200 in cash.
This amount will be refunded in cash at check-out, when you return the keys and the property is handed back in good condition.
